With over 25 years plus work experience in Plastic manufacturing & Plastic Raw material compounding Industry , M.Sankaranarayanan holds MBA & BE Mechanical qualification. He is a perfectionist & known for his leadership skills. Past Chairman of Confederation of Indian Industries( CII ) - Puducherry Chapter . He is an active Rotarian & a passionate speaker.
Joint Managing Director
With over 20 years of experience in Administration & Injection Molding process , S.Chitra Devi Sankaranarayanan holds a BSc Chemistry degree & is responsible for all Admin & HR related activities. She is known for imparting a right culture amongst employees & setting up an example for the entire Grand Tech fraternity. She is known for her oratory skills & She is an active member of Indian Women's network

S. Monish is the Executive Director of The Grand Technologies and Premium Poly Liners, bringing over 12 years of extensive expertise in plastic manufacturing and processing. He holds dual degrees—an MBA & an M. Tech which underpin his deep understanding of the latest technologies and quality standards in the industry. His leadership is further exemplified by his tenure as the past chairman of CII Young Indians - Puducherry Chapter, where he championed innovation and youth engagement in the city . His charisma and dedication to excellence have positioned him as a key figure in the plastic manufacturing sector.
